Bay Saint Louis-based gambling establishment Hollywood Casino, which features more than 1,100 gaming machines on its 42,500 square foot gaming space, has recently announced that it made some changes to its management team. Rashad Wilson, Pam Ladner, and Maria Salter all joined the Hollywood Casino Bay St. Louis management team.
Rashad Wilson, who has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Morehouse College in Georgia and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi, joined the Hollywood Casino Bay St. Louis management team as the new Director of Planning & Analysis. Wilson, who used to occupy the position of Senior Financial Analyst with Biloxi Grand Casino before joining Hollywood Casino, will focus on financial and operational analysis.
Pam Ladner, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration the University of South Alabama and has been working with Hollywood Casino for 17 years now, has been promoted from Senior Financial Analyst to Financial Controller. Her new position entails being responsible for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Revenue Audit, and Receiving.
Maria Salter, who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Coaching and Education from the University of Southern Mississippi and has been working with Hollywood Casino for 8 years now, has been promoted from Employee Relations Manager to Human Resources Manager. Maria Salter, who served in the United States Air Force before joining the Hollywood Casino team, will now be responsible for Wardrobe, Employee Relations, Training, Employment, Compensation and Benefits. Maria Salter is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Business Administration.
